Employee Engagement Project of the Year
Awarded to the scheme that has done most to create a sense of belonging and engagement in a work environment, this category will recognise effective transmission of information and feedback, as well as an ongoing strategy to keep employees feeling a part of the whole organisation. Creative thought and a true understanding of the employees’ needs will need to be matched by evidence of success. Judges will want to see examples of the communication channels and technologies used to create, maintain or expand the employee engagement scheme.
