Dunelm has worked with Tryzens to overhaul its online store. Chris Shaw, CIO at Dunelm, says: “Between 2012-13, our online store doubled in traffic and transactions. Tryzens re-platformed the retailer on IBM WebSphere Commerce v7.6, integrating in-house back-end systems and third party providers through IBM Integration Bus (middleware). The platform also includes a bespoke Order Management Solution developed by Tryzens. Also integrated are SAP and PIM systems.
