Hobbs rolls out personalisation solution

Hobbs has implemented RichRelevance’s Recommend solution to deliver data driven product recommendations for shoppers. It is using the technology on its homepage, product pages, category listing and checkout basket.

“Season after season, we pride ourselves on crafting pieces of clothing that our modern woman loves to wear. Just as we aim to deliver top quality products for our customers, we want to make sure our customer experience is equally outstanding,” says Andrew Carter, head of e-commerce at Hobbs. “RichRelevance has been most remarkable from the very start of our relationship. It is fantastic to see that in just two months since kick off we’ve seen an increase of over 50 per cent average basket value for those who engage with product recommendations. The personalisation solution has significantly reduced our staff workload by removing the need for manual curation of product recommendations.”

Retail should not be a high-risk occupation. As a company, we are focused on listening to our colleagues and customers to help them with the issues they are facing in-store and so far, the feedback on our body cameras has been excellent.
