AllSaints Group, which includes AllSaints and John Varvatos have appointed Alfie Meekings as new global director of transformation.

Meekings joins from Charlotte Tilbury, where he spent four months as organisational effectiveness consultant.

Prior to this, he was at Selfridges for more than five years. Joining as senior change lead in 2019, he was promoted to head of change and OD after two years and was later appointed director of transformation and change in 2023.

He has also held various senior positions at grocery chain Tesco and consulting firm Change Management Group, where his tasks included working on a large transformation programme for a leading global luxury retailer.

From 2013 to 2015, he was senior consultant at EY, specialising in strategy and business change, working with clients in government and the public sector.

The new director shared its excitement for the new role in a LinkedIn post.

“I can’t wait to get started and to play a part in shaping the future of these two iconic brands,” he said.

He also farewelled chief people and transformation officer at Charlotte Tilbury Rob Otero Viz and his team: “This week also marks the end of my time working with Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, thank you to Rob Otero Viz and the wider team for making it such an enjoyable experience.”
