Go Instore launches live digital selling platform

Retail tech company Go Instore has announced the launch of Broadcast_LIVE, a live sales video broadcast stream.

The digital broadcasts, which can be hosted on a brand websites and social media channels, support product demonstrations and fully staged virtual product launches.

The streaming services includes a Q&A feature that gives consumers the ability to engage directly with in-store experts.

“The Broadcast_LIVE tool allows brands to reach an unlimited number of their customers in real-time, in an incredibly engaging way,” said Andre Hordagoda, co-founder and chief executive of Go Instore. “With one in six shoppers adding to basket after a one-to-many session, our service will help further improve the digital experience and increase online revenues.

He said: “The technology is easy to use, and streams can be hosted via the mobile app on a shopfloor or using the desktop version with external cameras for professional studio sets.”

The company has also introduced its appointments service, which enables consumers to book two-way personalised video calls with in-store experts.
