Mango to open 20 new UK stores

Mango has announced plans to open over 20 new stores in the UK in 2024.

The clothing retailer will expand its footprint in Glasgow and Edinburgh and open four new stores in London.

Additionally, Mango will open stores for the first time in Northern Ireland as well as central and southern England.

Mango currently has around 60 stores in the UK, in addition to its digital presence through its own online channel and other marketplaces.

The new stores will feature a mediterranean-inspired concept using natural and sustainable materials such as ceramics, wood and marble.

Last year, Mango revealed plans to open 13 new stores by the end of 2023 in cities including Bristol, Manchester and Leeds. The retailer also opened a store in Westfield Stratford City in London and opened its first store in Brighton.

"The UK is one of the priority markets for Mango's international growth,” said Daniel López. “The increased presence in London and our arrival this year in some cities where we have not been present until now will consolidate the Mango brand and help us to strengthen it internationally.”

Poundland significantly reduces antisocial behaviour, aggression and shoplifting with Motorola Solutions VT100 body cameras
Retail should not be a high-risk occupation. As a company, we are focused on listening to our colleagues and customers to help them with the issues they are facing in-store and so far, the feedback on our body cameras has been excellent. They act as a great visual deterrent, help to de-escalate situations and overall, this project has significantly aided our goal to make the retail environment safer.
