New Look has opened its refurbished store at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol as the UK-based fashion retailer continues to invest in its physical store estate and omnichannel strategy.
The 9,044 square foot store features a redesigned layout showcasing the retailer's latest womenswear, footwear and accessories collections. It also includes a returns kiosk, which forms part of New Look's wider rollout of in-store facilities designed to simplify online returns and exchanges.
The refurbishment also marks the launch of New Look's first dedicated 915 concept with its own entrance from the shopping centre. The space targets teenage shoppers and offers a separate area for them to browse fashion while remaining connected to the main store.
The reopening follows a series of recent UK store refurbishments and openings, including locations in Essex, Milton Keynes and Stoke-on-Trent, as well as the launch of the retailer's largest concept store at Gateshead’s Metrocentre earlier this year.
Alongside its investment in stores, New Look said it has expanded its loyalty programme, Club New Look, to more than one million members and continues to invest in its digital capabilities as part of a £30 million programme.
“As we continue to invest in our stores, we're focused on creating shopping environments that reflect how our customers want to shop,” said Mark Matthews, chief retail and digital officer at New Look. “At Cribbs Causeway, that includes introducing our first 915 space with its own entrance, giving younger shoppers a dedicated place to explore fashion and develop their own sense of style.
“We're proud of the changes we've made, and hope customers enjoy discovering everything the refreshed store has to offer.”
In August, New Look announced that it had promoted Lynda Petherick to the role of chief executive officer, succeeding Helen Connolly, who had spent six years in the post.
Petherick joined New Look as chief information officer in 2024, leading the retailer's digital transformation, before being promoted to chief operating officer in 2025. During her time at the company, she has overseen operational improvements and increased the use of data and technology across the business, New Look said at the time.
