Primark Click & Collect service live across all British stores

Primark has announced that its Click & Collect service is now available across all 187 stores in Great Britain.

The budget fashion retailer said that it completed the roll out of the service on Wednesday with its final 29 stores, including all 21 stores in Scotland.

The service gives shoppers the opportunity to order items typically only found at the company's largest stores.

This means, for example, that customers at Primark's smallest store in Hamilton, Scotland, will have access to more than three times the in-store range, with over 5,000 products available via Click & Collect.

“Now, wherever you live in Great Britain you can browse and shop the best of Primark online, before collecting in the store that suits you," said Kari Rodgers, UK retail director, Primark. "We’re thrilled to have now completed this roll out ahead of the summer."

The Click & Collect service was first trialled in 25 stores in the North West, Yorkshire, and North Wales.

In April 2024, Primark announced that it would roll out the service across all stores in Great Britain.

After adding items to a virtual shopping basket, customers can choose a day to collect, up to seven days ahead, from their chosen store.

Orders are available for collection from two days after they have been placed with a £10 minimum order value and no delivery charge.

Click & Collect customers can also pay for any additional in-store finds when collecting their order from the dedicated Click & Collect desk, enabling them to skip in-store queues.
