The Fragrance Shop lauches AI-powered retail operations platform

The Fragrance Shop has rolled out an AI-powered retail operations platform to support its frontline stuff.

Implemented through a partnership with YOOBIC, the platform automates routine processes with the aim of helping employees manage tasks, training, and communication more effectively, allowing staff to focus on customer service and sales.

The platform's artificial intelligence tools provide real-time updates, performance monitoring. and learning modules.

The Fragrance Shop said the launch has been completed across all of its stores and its Fragrance Quarters (FQ) teams.

Commenting on the integration, Berni Hawkins Rusby, chief strategy and growth officer at The Fragrance Shop said in LinkedIn post: “When great people meet great technology — that’s when transformation truly happens.”

Rusby added that the the move follows a pilot phase in which the platform proved to simplify the way his teams operate, strengthen communication, and improve visibility at all levels of the company.

“Together, we’re building a smarter, more connected future for retail,” he said.
