The Very Group, which operates brands Very and Littlewoods, has introduced a new delivery option allowing customers to collect orders from lockers around the UK.
Shoppers ordering from the online retailers will now have the option to send their packages to one of InPost UK’s 14,000 lockers around the UK for both standard and next-day delivery.
The option will be free on standard orders over £30.
The move follows the company’s roll-out of InPost Lockers for Very returns earlier in the year, which the Group said had been successful. Since introducing the new returns option, over 30 per cent of its returns have been processed using the network.
This move reflects evolving consumer preferences; research commissioned by InPost suggests that 58 per cent of consumers now prefer parcel lockers to home delivery, with two in five adults using them regularly.
Sean Hallows, chief operations and technology officer at The Very Group, said the company is always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.
“We know that the families we serve are tight on time, so to be able to give them the option to collect their delivery at a time that suits them, from a convenient location, really does offer a new level of ease,” he added. “The expansion of our delivery network is just one of the many ways we’re enhancing the customer experience to deliver on our purpose of helping families get more out of life.”
In April, the Very Group announced the appointment of Edward Fry as its permanent chief financial officer. He had served in the role as interim officer since September 2025.
