Debenhams boosts online experience with Scene7

Debenhams has appointed Adobe Scene7 to improve rich media imaging functionality throughout its online shop. Product images across all categories of the retailer's website now feature zoom viewers, which enable consumers to view detail down to stitches on items of clothing and the 'feel' of materials. Debenhams also has plans to increase its use of video using Adobe Scene7.

"Customer satisfaction with the new site is up and we've had feedback that users love the new ability to zoom in on products and get a much better feel for what they are buying prior to purchase," says Brett Bennett, senior web manager at Debenhams. "Our aim is to increase satisfaction and make our online experience as good as it can be. Scene7 technology is essential to making that happen."
