Deckers Brands boosts workforce management with new AI-powered platform

Athletic shoes and apparel retailer Deckers Brands has launched a new AI platform to enhance its workforce management capabilities.

Deckers Brands focuses on designing, marketing, and distributing innovative footwear, apparel, and accessories.

The company is well-known for brands such as UGG, Teva, and HOKA.

Working with workforce management specialist Legion, the retailer has integrated a new platform that seeks to facilitate data-driven decision-making, automate key administrative processes, and enable more flexible scheduling.

The platform also aims to improve workforce compliance by helping managers handle local requirements and jurisdiction-specific scheduling information.

According to Decker Brands, the move will improve the retailer's work operations while enhancing employee satisfaction in its shops worldwide.

Other retailers who have already integrated the platform include Mattress Firm, Dollar General, Five Below, and Alo Yoga.
