THG Ingenuity appoints new COO

E-commerce tech provider THG Ingenuity, which recently demerged from retailer THG (formerly The Hut Group), has announced the appointment of Lucy Cooper as chief commercial officer.

The company, which develops tools designed to boost brand growth, comprises THG Commerce, a complete commerce solution; THG Fulfil, a provider of fulfilment; and THG Studios, a creative agency providing a range of services from campaigns and content creation to videography and photography.

Cooper, who has more than 15 years experience in growth strategy, transformation, and technology commercialisation, has previously worked for leading global organisations such as Microsoft and Accenture.

The company said that her expertise spans AI, digital platforms, and M&A, along with a strong focus on customer-centric strategies.

In her new role she will be responsible for driving THG Ingenuity’s ambitious growth agenda as it embarks on its next chapter following the company's demerger from THG.

“I am thrilled to join THG Ingenuity at such an exciting time. I look forward to working with the team to drive innovation and growth for our clients, partners, and stakeholders," said Cooper.
