APEXX Global partners PayPal for merchant payments

Payments platform APEXX Global is collaborating with the PayPal Commerce platform to connect merchants, buyers and partners with digital payments on a global scale.

APEXX said the partnership will provide merchants with a wider range of payment methods and reduce costs as the COVID-19 pandemic accelerates the growth of digital payments.

As part of the agreement, merchants on the platform will also be able to access Venmo, a new digital payment service and wallet, adding more choice to payment options.

Rodney Bain, co-founder and managing director of APEXX Global, said: “The outbreak of the pandemic and subsequent lockdown restrictions brought many challenges, particularly for consumer-facing businesses who have had to transform the way they market to, engage with and transact with consumers.

“PayPal’s Commerce Platform is perfectly positioned to help businesses continue to grow and thrive as we move beyond the pandemic and we are delighted to be partnering with them to help merchants thrive in this new reality."
