Amazon partners with Adrich to boost smart reorders

Amazon has partnered with IoT and AI powered consumer engagement platform Adrich to boost the company’s smart reorder feature.

Smart reorder enables a connected device to automatically reorder products from the e-commerce giant.

The feature is now integrated with the company’s smart consumer platform which includes plug-and-play smart labels and software.

The technology helps transform products into smart, connected products and captures real-time data on when a product is running low and automatically re-order or send ‘low supply’ notifications to a consumer’s mobile device.

“Brand survival depends on real-time consumer engagement and predictive consumption analytics,” said Adhithi Aji, chief executive, and founder of Adrich, “We are excited that our partnership with Amazon will bring more opportunities for brands to leverage our technology and take their e-commerce to the next level. Armed with true product usage data and the ability to communicate directly with the consumers, [companies] will be able to stay ahead of changing consumer needs with more timely, relevant offerings and more agile supply chain.”
