Claire’s hires Chris Cramer

Claire’s, formerly known as Claire's Accessories, has appointed Chris Cramer as its chief financial officer and chief operating officer.

He joins the retailer from Gen Z-focused lingerie and lifestyle clothing brand Parade, where he served as president. The retail veteran previously spent over 20 years at Bath and Body Works in various leadership roles including chief financial officer and chief operating officer.

Cramer has also held senior positions at IBM and Accenture.

In his new role, Cramer will oversee finance, supply chain technology and North America real estate teams at the fashion retailer. He will also work on business and operational planning.

“With a track record of over 25 years of high-performance industry experience, Chris brings demonstrated operational and financial leadership and a passion for collaboration to our organisation,” said Ryan Vero, chief executive at Claire’s.

“I’m confident he will help us continue to unlock operational efficiency and deliver the next phase of profitable growth.”
