Covent Garden fashion brands launch virtual retail experience

London fashion residents Tom Ford, Ganni, Burberry, BA&SH, and The Alkemistry, have launched a host of virtual retail consultations on Covent Garden’s new online activity hub.

Covent Garden has curated a programme of digital events to bring the in-store shopping experience online.

Coronavirus restrictions, which have forced non-essential retailers to close their stores, has had a huge impact on the High Street and its brands over the past ten months or so.

With a vast shift to e-commerce, companies are now compelled to bolster their online presence with alternative retail options and experiences.

As part of the programme, which will carry on throughout the latest lockdown, Tom Ford is offering beauty consultations, while Burberry and BA&SH will host virtual appointments throughout the week.

Ganni’s personal shopping team are hosting virtual one-on-ones for shoppers.

Jewellery brand The Alkemistry has a WhatsApp service with next day click and collect on offer; Galeria Melissa is also offering WhatsApp shopping sessions.

Penhaligon’s is offering one to one fragrance consultations, and Deciem is hosting virtual skincare consultation sessions with your favourite store consultants.
