Mobiquity joins Stripe partner ecosystem for payments processing

Stripe is partnering with digital consultancy Mobiquity to build frictionless payment experiences for global businesses.

Under the terms of the tie-up, Mobiquity, which designs digital products and services for some of the world’s largest brands, will work with payments and financial infrastructure company Stripe to build a holistic payments platform with a personalised user experience.

The two companies have joined forces as demand for e-commerce has surged in the last two years, with online sales accounting for nearly 20 per cent of all retail transactions in 2021, according to analysis from DigitalCommerce360.

Stripe and Mobiquity said the integration of their technology will help clients create e-commerce experiences such as subscription services, on-demand marketplaces and online stores.

The collaboration will enable businesses to provide their customers with a strategic, holistic view of the full payments experience that is not limited to solely an app or a website, the companies said in a statement.

Andy Norman, co-CEO & president of Mobiquity said: “We look forward to collaborating with Stripe to deliver intuitive and immersive experiences that make it as easy as possible for people to live their digital lifestyles with minimal friction.”

“With global talent across Asia Pacific, EMEA and the US that are experts in Stripe’s platform, we’re positioned to accelerate the ability of our joint clients to bring relevant solutions to market that fulfill their business goals and maximize their potential.”

Stripe will join Mobiquity’s expanding network of partners, while Mobiquity will join the Stripe Partner Ecosystem, enabling global projects to achieve better results, the companies said.

Dorothy Copeland, vice president of global partnerships and alliances at Stripe said: “The launch of the Stripe Partner Ecosystem coincides with more businesses looking beyond their organization to navigate the internet economy, and Stripe making it easier to find the right partner for their needs."

She added: "By partnering with Mobiquity and introducing a comprehensive set of partner resources, companies around the world will be able to accelerate their move to online commerce more easily."
