Nisa has announced the appointment of convenience expert Brogan Cook as delivery lead.
Cook joins the company from Morrisons, where she held the role of head of convenience projects. In this role, she was responsible for the transformation and delivery of the strategic wholesale programme which saw her develop and implement new business routes for growth.
Cook also held positions including wholesale senior operations manager, where she oversaw the programme management of the franchise plan, as well as leading new store acquisitions.
In her new role at Nisa, she will oversee the implementation and mobilisation of corporate customer projects for the wholesale arm of Co-op, which owns Nisa Retail.
“We’re at a pivotal moment for our Co-op’s wholesale business, with ambitious growth targets in place, and Brogan’s proven track record in convenience and franchise operations, as well as her strategic leadership will be invaluable as we continue to deliver growth with our partners,” said Katie Secretan, director of sales and retail at Co-op Wholesale and Nisa Retail.
Nisa has been strengthening its leadership team with the announcement several new hires. Last month, Nisa announced the appointment of Paul Webster as head of partnerships to manage the company’s largest corporate accounts and strategic partnerships.
In December, Nisa announced the promotion of Andrew Rutter to head of key accounts within its sales and retail team. It also appointed Taranjit Singh Dhillon as head of retail to implement the convenience store chain’s business strategy.
