Nisa appoints Paul Webster as head of partnerships

Convenience store chain Nisa has appointed Paul Webster as head of partnerships.

Webster joins the firm from food and beverage company Pepsico, where he spent over 15 years working in various roles including sales director of convenience.

In 2019, he took over responsibility for PepsiCo’s convenience business, overseeing the development and execution of commercial strategies for some of the company’s well-known brands.

In his new role, Webster will manage Nisa’s largest corporate accounts and strategic partnerships.

The company said he will be “instrumental” in developing and delivering Nisa’s sales plan, driving collaboration across the wholesale business, and enabling the company’s long-term growth.

“Paul’s extensive experience in managing high-profile accounts, building strategic partnerships, and leading successful teams will be invaluable as we continue to drive our ambitious growth plans,” said Kate Secretan, sales and retail director at Nisa. “His passion for collaboration and proven ability to deliver exceptional results are going to be crucial for this pivotal role and I’m thrilled to welcome Paul to the team.”

Last month, Nisa announced the promotion of Andrew Rutter to head of key accounts within its sales and retail team.

The company also appointed Taranjit Singh Dhillon as head of retail to implement the convenience store chain’s business strategy.

Dhillon joined the firm from One Stop where he worked for 11 years. He has also held senior roles at Lidl, where he spent six years, as well as PepsiCo.
