Primark expands Click & Collect to a further 24 stores

Primark has expanded Click & Collect to a 24 further stores as the home and fashion retailer looks to complete the service rollout to all 187 UK stores by this summer.

Over three quarters of its stores now offer the service, which allows customers to shop on its website and pick up items at a convenient time to them.

The retailer added that the service also gives customers access to new and expanded ranges they might not otherwise be able to get in their local stores, such as Primark’s adaptive clothing range, designed in partnership with disability advocate Victoria Jenkins, which launched earlier this year.

In April 2024, Primark first announced plans to roll out Click & Collect to all stores in England, Scotland and Wales by the end of this year.

The company says the rollout of Click & Collect forms part of ongoing investment across its stores, as the retailer aims give shoppers greater convenience and choice and more reasons to visit their local High Street.

“We’re delighted to reveal the next wave of stores to offer Click & Collect, giving more customers the chance to shop online from the great ranges they know and love before collecting in store,” said Kari Rodgers, UK retail director at Primark. “With summer in sight, it’s just one way we’re making it even easier for everyone to get their summer wardrobe essentials.”
