Retail Systems Awards 2020 winners announced

The 2020 Retail Systems Awards took place yesterday evening, in a virtual ceremony for the first time due to COVID social distancing restrictions.

Among the winners, Charlotte Tillbury’s partnership with Red Ant bagged a trio of awards - in-store innovation, technology project and High Street trailblazer - while The Perfume Shop won the overall retailer of the year.

The 15th annual event, celebrating excellence and innovation in the UK retail sector, took place online and can be streamed here.
