Card Factory has launched a Click and Collect service following a successful trial.
The free service can be used for orders over £10 while a £3.99 charge applies to orders under £10. Excluding Jersey, the service is available at 999 of the gift card retailer’s stores across the UK.
“Our digital data has shown that more people want to access the high-quality, affordable range of gifts and cards we provide with ease,” said Card Factory’s digital director Sam Davies. “The introduction of our Click and Collect service and ordering products at the click of a few buttons offers flexibility, more choice and adds an extra layer of convenience to shopping with us.”
The news coincides with the recent appointment of Matthias Seeger as Card Factory’s new chief financial officer (CFO). He replaces interim CFO Simon Comer and started in the role on 22 May.
Former CFO Kris Lee left the role and stepped down from the company’s board in January.
Card Factory recently reported revenue of £198 million in its financial year ended 31 July – marking a 70 per cent increase on the £116.9 million recorded in the same period of 2021.
