Paramount Restaurants rolls out Torex solutions

Torex has implemented a web-based back office solution for Paramount Restaurants, which includes Chez Gérard. Torex Caterwide and Inn Touch PoS applications were rolled out and the company will also provide ongoing managed services and hardware maintenance.

The new system will provide Paramount Restaurants’ head office with remote access to a wealth of real-time information and functions, including a web-based electronic journal and tools to monitor sales stock and cash management. The system also includes a specific module to manage deposits from the PoS through to the chain’s head office finance system.

Andrew Kitcher, (interim) head of IT at Paramount Restaurants, comments “The level of in-depth information that the Torex system offers us will enable us to adapt faster to changes in customer preferences and compete in a tough market. Having worked with Torex for many years we are using the technology across the group to provide consolidated data, integrity of information and visibility of business KPIs.”
