Partridge Jewellers rolls out RetailOS platform

Partridge Jewellers has rolled out its first RetailOS platform as it seeks to improve its stores’ operational efficiency.

Partridge, which was established in 1864, is a New Zealand-based retailer of fine jewellery and watches.

The company has partnered with Red Ant for the rollout, which develops data integrated retail platforms offering solutions to a range of businesses, including jewellery, beauty, furniture, home and furniture, and footwear.

RetailOS platforms can integrate features for inventory management, sales tracking, customer relationship management (CRM) , and analytics with the aim of streamlining processes and improving overall business performance.

Red Ant’s RetailOS platform for the jewellery sector provides displays for customers to receive virtual consultations, which aim to provide in-depth insight into their preferences, with a shortlist being sent to them to complete their purchase at a later time.

The new platform includes a range of features such as customer book and profile, access to full product catalogue and configurable analytics. These include data capture and lookup with past purchases and status and preferences, with users being able to receive personalised consultations, messaging and communications.

Users can also view products; review prices and product description; and add products to a customer profile or basket.
