Marks & Spencer updates regulatory processes

Marks & Spencer has selected the SureCloud Platform to automate and manage both its internal and external regulatory governance and compliance processes.

The new system has the capability to integrate with existing frameworks, and can work across several departments and processes. Previously using a manual, spreadsheet-based system, the retailer will now be able to implement an enhanced data sharing platform between approved users. The SureCloud solution will also offer improved visibility for management of all cyber security compliance processes.

Tony Griffiths, cyber security governance manager at M&S, said: “The SureCloud Platform’s scalability, flexibility and ‘out of the box’ applications provide a real-time overview of security governance and compliance information as it is recorded and updated by users.”
