Seasalt appoints chief financial officer

Clothing brand Seasalt has appointed Louise Couch to the role of chief financial officer.

She will join the company’s executive board and report to Paul Hayes, who chief executive at Seasalt.

In her new role, Couch will be responsible for Seasalt’s financial decision making, developing and delivering the brand’s business strategy and contributing to the company’s global expansion.

Couch joins Seasalt from Peloton Interactive, where she held the role of senior from May 2021 and was responsible for leading strategy development and expansion into new markets. She also held senior roles in investment banking at JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley where she focused on the retail sector.

“I’m delighted to welcome Louise to Seasalt; her appointment marks a significant strengthening of our senior leadership team,” said Hayes. “Her extensive knowledge and experience, particularly in international markets, will be invaluable as we continue to develop our long-term strategy to support our growth ambitions.”
